I'm not sure what exactly you're asking about. I made the crown out of sculpey and a wooden dowel. my crown is attached to the cloak, and I followed the design of the game exactly. I sewed the parts that stand up onto the hood of the cloak and used wire to hold the crossbar in place

Basically when I first started it was a mixture of some help from my mother, and following patterns. I learn quickly and patterns were a really good way for me to learn on my own, so I mostly taught myself. Some friends helped me out also (like Victoria!, my old cosplay partner), but it was mostly my mother and patterns.

The weather, architecture, the city, the age demographic, the food.. there are more jobs up here also, many that are in fields that I'm interested in. No, my body type has to do with my genes. I eat a normal amount, I think I eat pretty normal things also. I happen to not like extremely fattening things or most forms of chocolate.. I also don't use many condiments or spices. Japanese food is my favorite !

good question, I'm not honestly positive myself. I wouldn't really consider myself very "famous" though. Regardless, being invited to a few conventions as a guest was an honor. I'm guessing you asked because you wanted to be able to have an opportunity to do that as well. I would just suggest trying your hardest and having fun with what you do. Choose characters you love and look at every detail

I think you should always put makeup on, even if you're cosplaying as a male character. It evens out everything on your face, and you become way more photogenic that way. It helps you to look like an animated character,and just nicer all around. Besides that, I do believe that you should cover your freckles for characters that don't have freckles (or add them for characters that do), because then you'll look more like them!

Definitely my Sailor moon wig. Both the base wig and extensions are from cyperous. I had them custom make the length of extensions. I think it was around 150 for the whole thing -.-; derp. I really wanted that color that only cyperous has, but maybe it wasn't worth it lol

I think that it depends on the individual person and the character they are cosplaying. There are some costumes that can only be pulled of by older (dare I even say old) people, and when other cosplayers see that they usually get excited. I'll probably stop cosplaying not because of my age, but because I will end up getting other priorities in my life. Who knows, maybe I won't for a while

I don't honestly remember how any of that happened, if it did. My mom was involved in my cosplay from the start, so it's not like she forbade it. My parents kind of know, though, that I'm just going to do whatever I want lol. I have a strong will, it's always been that way. If you're uncertain about how your parents will feel about it, I would approach it more from a "craft hobby" point of view instead of a "dress like a cartoon" point of view. Tell them making costumes sounds fun and interesting to you, and you'd like to try your hand at it, and learn how to craft along the way. Does that help?
